Parts can equal whatever measurement you want them to. To practice, use either a teaspoon or tablespoon

All herbs are dried, cut and sifted:

2 part nettle leaf
2 part raspberry leaf
1 part oatstraw
1 part alfalfa leaf
  • Measure out herbs into a jar
  • Take 1-3 teaspoons of this blend and add them to a mason jar, teapot, french press, muslin bag,  large tea ball, or anything else you have to use
  • Pour 1 cup near-boiling water over herbs
  • Cover
  • Let infuse for at least 20 minutes (even overnight!)
  • Strain and enjoy
