How are you getting in daily movements?
Tired of sitting around? Tired of seeing your kids sit around in front of a screen 5 days a week? Tired of being out of shape? Have some fun and get your musculoskeletal and blood moving. I really can’t stress it enough... moving a sedentary body is essential. And keeping active is key. I'll admit that I've been absolutely slothful for months. It doesn't feel good. The tea I made earlier today lifted me up while also grounded me. Enough to get out and enjoy some hoops. I laughed. I cheered. I made baskets... You may have to create a program to help you through the dark season. Let the bright blue sunshine sky motivate you! What my ideal program entails (but I do the best I can): ☕️nourishing daily herbal infusions - fuel for moving, healing, building 💃fun movement - dance like no one's watching, freeing, agility, balance, strengthening 🚴♀️big daily movement - speed is exhilerating, strengthening 🧘♀️daily stretches and mindfulness - centering, flexibility, checking in with sensations 🥗nutrient dense foods - fuel for moving, healing, building 🥥healthy fats - hydrate, feed cells 🍪bye bye, sugars - bye bye, empty calories and subsequent crashes 🍺nope to alcohol - nope to liver damage and hangovers 🌭done with processed foods - done with stripped down matter devoid of nutrients 👩🎨aesthetics and hobbies - colors and joy 🧖♀️hydro therapy home spas - calming, circulatory moving, and body fluid moving 💆♀️body work - relaxing, aligning, calming, increase bloodflow 💤 sufficient rest - mending, energizing 💕sharing love in as many ways as possible - family, friends, neighbors, teachers, animals What does your ideal self care program include?
