Our feet have several pressure points in them that do not get regular attention. We tend to walk only on flat, hard surfaces in our modern, busy world. But our bodies are designed to utilize uneven surfaces!
Materials: Boot mat with rimmed edges 10 lb bag of river stones from a home improvement store/ garden center Rinse stones well. Find a spot in your home where you walk frequently to place your mat. Fill your mat with the stones. Kick off your shoes and socks and walk on it one to however many times a day you feel warranted.
